Technical Characteristics
The counterplate is applied on the frame of a sliding casement by means of the self-threading screws supplied. It is specific to those profiles that require the rail on the cross beam of the frame. The slots on the counterplate body enable height adjustment in order to correctly position it for a better grip on the nib. The base of the counterplate provides for an angle of 150° so that it can be applied on frames with rail and frames with flat slot. The counterplate is compatible with Giesse Brio and Pratika line nibs. Available in two versions without (type 1) and with shutter (type 2). According to need, the version without a shutter can be combined with polyamide shims so that it can be moved away from the frame.
Functions
The front application counterplate combined with a nib for a recessed handle creates the fastener of a sliding sash.
