Technical Characteristics

The City Key cremone allows an automatic or manual fastening mechanism depending on the needs of the window maker and end user. The automatic fastening mechanism is typically used on sliding windows: when the sash is set ajar it closes. The pull handle can in any case remain locked in the open position. The manual fastening mechanism is instead typically used on sliding doors: when the leaf is set ajar it does not close until the pull handle is turned into the vertical position. With the manual function, the City Cremone is compatible with the Brio Top Security Multilock. The key cylinder on the pull handle allows the mechanism to be locked in the close position. All the items include a "Same keys" type of cylinder. On request it is possible to have the version with "Different keys" (with a maximum of 50 different codes). The CITY cremone has a Red/Green visual indicator to signal the Closed/Open status of the Sash even at a distance. To create the fastening, the article requires a Brio nib (sash side) and a counterplate (frame side).
