Technical Characteristics

With InstaFit technology, the hinge can be assembled quickly on the profile using the pre-assembled plates, and side (patented) and vertical adjustments can be made without loosening and tightening the fixing screws.This makes the adjustments immediate and stable, and only one operator is needed to perform them.
Hinge suitable for doors subject to intensive use (use category 4* - heavy duty use).
The frame-side hinges have special pre-assembled fixing plates (Giesse RAPID system) that allow them to be assembled quickly on previously assembled casements.
The additional strengthening screws on the frame plate increase the slip resistance.
Adjustments in the three directions:
-    Side adjustment (+/- 1.5 mm.), using a hexagonal key on the grub screw.
-    Height adjustment (- 2 /+ 4 mm), using a hexagonal key on the adjustment screw.
-    Compression adjustment (+/- 0.3 mm), using the eccentric bush. The bushing can also be used to preload the hinge (+/- 0.15 mm).
Side and vertical adjustments can be made without loosening and tightening the fixing screws, making adjustment immediate and stable.
