Technical Characteristics
The Friz Arms are applicable on both top and side hung outward opening casement systems with a stack (sash frame distance) of 16.5 mm. On Top Hung casements we recommend installing an arm on each upright (2 pieces). You can friction the arm (and then decide on the force required for opening and closing the sash) by turning the screw on the slider. It is possible to unhook the arm with the aid of the steel mechanism. This enables opening the sash completely for cleaning the glass. The arm is supplied with a limit stop plate that defines the maximum desired opening of the sash.
